Utility Bidder may appear friendly and helpful, even tell you they give advice and are not sales agents, but trust me they use every trick to get you to sign up; they don't go into the Contract terms or their own T&C's before getting you to sign and by then it is too late. There is no cooling off period for business contracts and Utility Bidder quickly cease to be friendly the minute you question their tactics or motives.Beware: check out their T&Cs which include that Utility Bidder is entitled to charge £750 if your Contract doesnt go live and their full commission for the full term.Do yourself a favour and go direct to the big 6 energy providers

Absolutely shocking company tie you into a forced deal then stitch you up don't want to help no contact never phone you back when they say then send emails you cannot reply to keep well away go straight to the ombudsman.

Scammers !! I open my business in december and trust them to find me the best contract. they force me to sign a 5 years contract at the highest energy rates in the UK and now i'm stuck. do not recommend, go straight to suppliers.

I went with these guys thinking it would make the whole process of switching energy suppliers easier as they’ll organise it all and get some better rates. It’s now been 5 MONTHS and I still haven’t been switched over to the new energy supplier despite all contracts and readings being sent over months ago.Communication is also extremely poor as they don’t call you back despite being told they will, in addition to this the only time you can get an email response from the agent you’re dealing with is if you send 3/4 emails demanding a response/update and even then it takes them 1/2 weeks to finally respond.The rates they achieved seemed okay, but at this rate I’ll never even get to use those rates! A waste of time and you’re better off getting your rates direct or to be honest from Literally any other company.

Prices with Utility Bidder were significantly cheaper compared to going direct to the supplier. Tracy Bond helped me throughout the process and had great customer service skills. She provided professional support throughout and called me back when she had promised. Would highly recommend.
