Well Pharmacy

Trying to get through to these is like trying to get through to timbuktu! They never answer the phone always put it on busy, whenever I go to collect a prescription its never ready yet they always say that it will be ready by a certain date and time but I'm wasting my fuel to find out that its not ready! They're lacking customer service skills as well as they're all rude! If they're rude again to me I will be contacting the CQC regarding they're lack of consideration when it comes to patients not having they're medication and running out as they don't care about patients health and well being!!

Rude, rude , rude staff. No manners, no customer service skills. Basically don't care if they have given people their medication regardless if they really need it or not due to their health conditions! If the little girl with the attitude caked less make up on her face so it didnt clog her ears up then maybe she would be able to hear customers and deal with queries. Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. You would be better of going elsewhere!

I am very surprised to read the bad reviews about this pharmacy because I have always had a very positive service. The pharmacy is a 1 minute walk from where I live and I have resided in this area for 7 years, so I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. When you are on prescribed medication, when ordering more, the pharmacy always send you a text message to tell you to collect. I love the fact that the pharmacy is right next door to the GP surgery. I like the discounted offers. In the past, I have spoken to the pharmacist, who has kindly given me advice on a medical issue. If my tablets run out without me realising, the pharmacy have been brilliant in giving me a few extra tablets until the full prescription is ready (they then deduct this from prescription order). This has really helped me. Recently, I purchased a verruca cream and the label stated a cheaper price to what I was charged. I realised the next day, so I went back. The staff explained that the label hadn’t been updated and kindly gave me a part refund, so I paid what the label originally stated. Brilliant service! I notice that the pharmacist’s change a lot, as I see a lot of new faces, but as long as they are professional and helpful, it doesn’t matter. Thank you for a great service!

Very pleasant but such a shame they just don't pay attention when dispensing prescriptions. For the third time this year they have said my prescription had been dispensed when it hadn't! and later found it was still on the shelf or hadn't been done. Once again we are here again and I will have to do without over Christmas period. Will not be using this pharmacy again which is a shame after 20 years.

I have used this chemist for years and it's just got terrible.Never open on time always giving the wrong meds out which means you go without meds then blames the doctors.Staff are so rude to customers.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible customer service. They rarely answer telephone calls and the staff are rude and unhelpful when they do. Repeat prescriptions are regularly incomplete with items missing despite receiving sms messages to my phone stating prescription is ready for collection. Avoid this pharmacy if you possibly can

Been asked by 111 to give the pharmacy ring for some information about covid 19 to have the phone ended 9 times

I have used this chemist for over 10 yrs and in that time its been a pleasure to see all the happy people each time I visit, always helpful ,glad to offer any kind of advice if needed. at times its rainbow" of angels in there
