If you are thinking about joining these guys as a driver, think again! My advice would be to join CX as these guys pay CX drivers way more than their own drivers. They're always advertising jobs on the CX app. In April they gave their own drivers ONE PENNY extra a mile, ONE PENNY!!!! Companies have paid these guys extra to pay the drivers but keep the money for themselves. Cowboy company. Stay well away unless you get jobs through CX. Shambles.

company blocked us suddenly even they gave them 1.5hour notice that we cannot fulfil the load we have been emailing them and nobody responding. And they also want you to do dog work for low prices, how can the guy on control say this job is only worth £100 you want it when we offered them £180 and later calls you back can you do the job lol

This company sells tons of Hermes jobs on Couriers Exchange without proper description about hours of handballing evolved and never pay the handball charge claiming its a waiting time, but when it comes to payment they wont pay you waiting time either and will give you tons of excuses like the waiting time was approved at one end and not at another etc. basically taking a laugh out of you. So if you are not familiar with Hermes locations across the country you will end up with 6 hours job for £54!!!! Be aware . They also change backload night jobs last minute after 2 hours on site to totally opposite direction run with double mileage, without office approval , price negotiation, expecting you to deliver with the same price per mile. When challenged they will only force you to deliver night Hermes weekend run at their preferred rate, neither willing to pay the night runs, nor agreeing to free cancellation fees, basically taking a mickey out of you. Staff is another story , always rude when it comes to questioning them about jobs description, change of route without notification, pay for night runs and generally pay for invoices of jobs completed. If you challenge the job description etc they will never talk to you nicely. No respect to couriers they subcontract. Finally a cherry on the top ALWAYS always you will have problem with payment , they either wont pay you and you'll have to chase them weeks or months , or if they pay - they'll pay very late despite their 45 days end of month payments terms like 2 months were not enough for them to pay for the job completed. This company is a big joke with no ethics and no respect towards subcontractors who they resell jobs via Courier Exchange platform.

There is e few drivers, who have worked for Crown for the past 5-6 years and enjoyed the job. This however has changed recently. One of the controllers, called Nat makes it very hard to cooperate. She forces people to take jobs, and if refused, she would remove them from the driver list. She is constantly changing the regular runs, without any notice. And the drivers given random jobs which they only find out about an hour before going. Here again no option to refuse, as will get off the list. She clearly is unexperienced and has no clue what she is doing.Recently the company has introduced a 4 year old van policy, however this was very selective, as some people got sacked, while others are still doing the jobs even in 11 reg vans. Replacements for old vans have 15 or 65 reg, which mostly are over than 4 years old, too.The company has value their drivers and ensure good customer service, as otherwise they can loose all their loyal drivers.

Stay away from these guys, very rude staff especially someone called Kamelia, she’s very offensive and disrespectful. These clowns have no van at all and yet they pose as a major courier company while using owner drivers that work very long hours and are denied basic stuff like using the toilet while on a delivery and so on. Clown couriers all day long

My small business covered work for this company for 11 years, covering hundreds of jobs providing the highest of service. With absolutely no issues or problems and we had a great relationship with them until a really abrupt and rude controller took a dislike to us and blocked us for no reason.The staff have just got ruder and ruder in the last year!

Myself kamaldeep Singh I recently joined this company and I m very very happy with Caroline service she is providing everyday. She is gem of a person. Always the lowest quality. Can't make He***s to change them. They don't collect parcels, they don't come In time.Anything they will reply it just a try to get better PR.

Im Horatiu i collaborate with Crown couriers for some time now mostly with the night team and i can say they are amazing always there to help understanding and extremely high professionalism especially Ian and Lindsay never had any problems and most off all they treat you with respect and really makes you feel as part off the team my full respect towards them and the whole team
