Just got some new carpet for my house, really really happy with it. I had a few quotes from other carpet companies/fitters, but Glevum offered the best prices for good quality of carpet. John was honest, knowledgeable and friendly, the process was so smooth, I would highly recommend Glevum!

Really happy with service received and price of my vinyl flooring. As it is for my new work space I had a very tight time schedule and I was worried it was too short notice.But my floor was delivered bang on time (actually on the minute!) and squeezed through an tight entrance upstairs. It is layed now and looks absolutely amazing.Can only highly recommend this company.

John beat a differing companies quote by £600, and allowed us to go for an upgraded carpet, that we wouldn't have been able to go for with the other company. Every option was discussed and agreed before going ahead, and the fitter was efficient, and completed the work to a really high standard, even going beyond the remit of what carpet fitters of the past have done.Would really recommend popping in to get a quote, it was a great service

John and his team are incredible! They helped me pick out exactly what I needed within seconds and made the whole process so easy! They could’ve quite easily sold me the most expensive product but they didn’t, they’re not greedy, they’re honest and they genuinely care and just want to provide a good service.After leaving my deposit with another carpet shop (weavers) due to awful service and being reduced to tears and then being quoted a very high amount from the second shop I went to I wasn’t expecting very much from anyone but they completely changed this experience for me.The whole process was seamless, so quick and my carpets look incredible. The fitter Wayne was due to finish the job the following morning but he came back and finished it in the evening and didn’t leave until 9.30pm because he thought it would be a nice surprise when I went there in the morning as I hadn’t moved in yet.I’m honestly so so happy and would never go anywhere else now.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.I have been using Jon and his family for many years. I renovate medium/high end properties and use Jon for all project's.The service is excellent.He don't push sales on anyone. He even wants you to have correct measurements so he don't sell you to much and you waste money.No one will beat the prices he offers that I'm sure of.We all need 3 quotes for most things these days, make the carpet factory shop one of them. I am positive they will not be beaten on price followed by quality.10/10 for service price and honestyFitting offered at excellent prices too.

Glevum carpets provided excellent service, great quality of materials been installed . The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright after they have done the flooring, on time delivery and value for money.

John provided great customer service and was able to book me in within a week of picking the carpet - very impressed! The fitter (Phil) was very friendly and did a great job. It's amazing how much of a difference good flooring makes to a place - my new flat feels so much more homely. Would definitely recommend and would buy from again should I ever need new flooring.
