I visited the store to buy a paneled door. I was directed to the correct section by a very helpful member of staff. I am happy to say that Brad checked the measurements I had in inches for me so I got the correct size and Karen helped me load it into my car. Excellent customer service.

Doing a house revamp near Blackpool at the moment and seem to be spending a lot of time in this store. Had to return bits, change paints, battle with the self scan etc …usually my own fault! Every single time I have had to deal with a member of staff they have been brilliant. Helpful, funny and knowledgeable. I don’t normally do reviews but felt that the team here really need to be told what a great job they do. No doubt will be back with another problem soon!

Don’t buy their own brand paint, difficult if not impossible to open tubs, will never buy paint from B&Q again. Changed something that worked perfectly (a paint lid) to make it harder and charged me for the pleasure. Yes I followed the lid instructions ( which they put a label over) exactly

(I've come here several times but it turns out I haven't written a review. Currently here tonight to pick up some wood for some renovation so I only have these night shots for photos.)Anyway, this B&Q is huge. It's got everything you could need for your projects with always helpful staff and easy-to-navigate aisles. Definitely worth shopping here, especially for locals

I bought a chest of 4 drawers with soft close.The fittings would not fit into some of the holes as per images and those I gently tapped in left a mess.£90 for what should have been a beautiful set of drawers ruined because of bad workmanship.Won't buy DIY furniture from here again.

One of the best B&Q stores I have visited. Store is well laid out and organised with a good garden centre area as well. Have purchased many things from here ranging from wallpaper to plants to tools and solar lights. Enjoy coming here. There is always a catering van in the car park for fast food as well.

Good store however price rises mean things can be a touch pricey. They do however sell almost any diy stuff you need.

Decent sized store with a good layout. Can get quite busy at the tills. Staff usually quite friendly and happy to help.Good ranges of lighting and wallpaper and paintDecent sized garden centre but sometimes the plants aren’t in great condition.

Carry many items and usually in stock.Can be cheaper from Screwfix for a lot things which is part of the same Kingfisher group.
