Very nice apartment. Very spacious and had great amenities. Lovely views of the river Tay. Would stay here again.

They are scammers they take your money and won’t let you stay without everyone having a ID so I requested to cancel 5 minutes later and they refused to refund me a took over £500! Avoid at all cost!!!!

The photos can be deceiving. The rooms were not clean at all - I don't know if they had vacuumed there or not but huge piles of dust rolls and other crumbles were on the floor when we arrived. The apartment was meant for 4 people yet there were cups for only 2 people. The bathroom was not acceptable to me. The toilet seat was a bit wobbly (not broken yet but felt like it could break any moment), the toilet paper ran out, so we had to buy it ourselves. In the shower there was no shower gel (which usually is the standard). The bottle was there but it was empty. The sink in the bathroom was not clean. We also had a balcony but it was inhabited by two seagulls and the balcony was very dirty. The positive thing was that the apartment was situated close to where we were supposed to be. Oh, and in the hallway the automatic lights didn't react to people. The started reacting only when you had stumbled halfway through the dark hallway and was almost at the door and then the lights turned on. So, overall not a very good experience.

We stayed monday 23rd october till tuesday 24th october, will say the apartment was lovely, however the apartment got broken into at 5am tuesday morning by 2 guys, 2 guys broke through the fire exit and ended up in mine and hubbys bedroom, we had to chase them out.We did tell the manager the next day and she was not interested, it was like it was an every day occurance, i sent emails etc but no responce, i did say you need to phone the police but they were not interested and i still dont think they phoned the police, there is no security on etc and i think they will not try to improve on there service, so please do not stay here as they dont bother if the apartment gets broken into plus there not good at giving you a refund and i will say that they really didnt seem surprised when i told them we had been broken into, i do think its an inside job. They just want your money and dont give a dam about your safety.H

Really average. Great location and spacious. Apartment not fully cleaned and very strict you need to be vacated by 10am or incur extra charges. If such strict rules why was our apartment not cleaned ? The apartments need a complete overhaul. I noticed a lot of broken windows and doors. Wouldn't recommend.

I had the most horrible stay in Dream Apartment Dundee. My apartments heater wasn’t working, bin was broken, wardrobe broken, smoke detector not working, the place started flooding and leaking from the window when it was raining outside. The building lift was not working. When we complained to the manager. Instead of helping us and solve the problems. He took it personally and wrote to us that he will evict us since the property is do unsuitable and we have do many complaints. I have never such rude and racist management. He also sent me personal messages attacking and harassing me. The property also didn’t give our damage deposit of £100 back saying the place needs cleaning. If they wanted to clean the place before check put. They should have informed us that while checking in. They charged us £100 for leaving some dirty dishes on the sink. This stay was a nightmare and wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go through this.We are relieved to leave the place after this horrific and unfair treatment. And will be canceling our future reservations tooI am not sure how this property is in business.

Grim. Friendly and enthusiastic staff badly let down by the state of this place. Broken window, locks not functioning, sparse and dated furniture. Worst of all a blocked toilet in our apartment left with what looked like a plunger in it with the bowl coated in excrement. We notified this when we checked in then left to go to a wedding. It was still unresolved and in the same state when we got back. Not cheap either and I felt unable to post this review until they had returned the £100 taken from my credit card as security in check in. I’m a Scot and this made me embarrassed for those who choose to visit this City.

Office took a £100 deposit, have been trying to get the refund back since May. Been into the office several times, each time advised it would be refunded within 5 working days. Furthermore the office do not answer their phone or emails, and advised their belfast office deal with refunds. Although there is no way to contact this head office, as they can only contact them. Can confirm will not be using this company again, horrible experience.

On arrival to our penthouse apparent, Our Group of 5 were initially very impressed with the decor, high cellings, curving staircase separating the two levels and ample amounts of space.However little did we know then just how superficial things were in this place. It wasn't long before I noticed the light fittings throughout had either no working bulbs or 95% of the bulbs from each chandelier had been removed all together. I appreciate electricity cost are increasing but this really was not acceptable in a penthouse apartment. We also experienced lights shorting out during out stay. The electric instalation throughout was obviously to a very poor standard. A standard maintained so low I would mandate a electrical safety inspection throughout the building immediately before someone is seriously hurt. (Suggest particular attention to the fan heater supplied in one of the rooms) There are kitchen power sockets unsecured and falling off the walls allowing bare wireing to be easily accessed. it's hard to get the key in the lock of your door entering the apartment after dark with no lights in the hall outside the door. One of the bedroom door handles is purely just sat in place with no fixings securing it to the door, The door of which is actually out of alignment with the frame making this door near impossible to close and whoever dose manage to close the door I wish you luck in opening it again without ending trapped.On sitting down at the 10 seater dining table one of the party thought they had a special recliner chair only to find the back supports were broken and it was actually collapsing in on its self. This was followed by many other items that were either damaged or broken, from countless blind cords to broken glases, both outdoor heaters unworking on the balcony not great in the month of October.The bathromms consisted of loose toilet bolws not adheard to the floor correctly which moved when in use. The toilet seats fitted were not of the correct size however Dream apparents felt this is acceptable. Unfortunately it's just not. Broken shower handles to completely loose shower screens, another huge health and safety issue and it's certainly not my dream to use half used rolls of two ply toilet paper, near empty bottles of body wash supplied in the showers need there own showers I would suggest. The sewage smell that built up in one of the bedrooms got overwhelming and windows were needed to be open into the evening. The amount of waste hair build up in the shower traps will not be helping this. I seriously suggest clenaing those out as I has a look and they were rancid with old decaying hair and no doubt one or two things we need not mention.To summarise. I would suggest more attention to detail is needed in key areas. The cleanliness was to a acceptable standard in some areas and really let down in others. However the lack of general maintenance and repair was of a dangerous condition and this needs addressing as soon as possible.I am only thankful we were all in good company to make light of the situation.
