I personally enjoy my food from here on a virtually weekly basis as I have done for a while. I enjoy ordering different meals from the menu each week so would find it difficult to comment on consistency but do enjoy what I have.

Had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had a letter with not enough postage paid ! Paid £2.50 only for it to be a menu from here !! I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from here and why On earth would it be sent with no postage so I had to pay … for a menu !!!

After not being happy with an order being late last week and cold I must say they have gone above and beyond with making it up to me. They were very apologetic and tonight I had a call from the restaurant telling me they were at my house with a free food delivery to make up for the issues last week. Their food is so good and tasty and after tonight’s gesture I really cannot fault their customer service and I will definitely be going back ! What a great place !

Placed a pre order on Just Eat at 3:30pm today. Restaurant opens at 5 and at exactly that opening time my order was rejected by Bengal Flame. I tried to call the restaurant to ask what the problem was and to ensure my refund was processed but there was no answer on either of their numbers.At 6pm I called to ask about my refund and the member of staff pretended he didn’t know anything about it. When I pressed the issue of refund he put the phone down on me.I then rang back to speak to the manager Abdul and without wishing to be prejudiced he didn’t seem to have a great understanding of my English language. No prejudice, just a language barrier and it’s really difficult to make a complaint when the person on the other end of the phone can’t understand what I’m saying.He claimed that they knew nothing about my order and asked what time I placed it. I pre ordered at 3pm (and everyone else will know that this is an available service on Just Eat) he had no clue. Not the first clue. So his defence was that it was because there was no one in the restaurant at 3 but my order wasn’t actually rejected until 5:04pm. When they were open.So still now I know nothing about my refund, no apology, just lies. He claims he called Just Eat to find out what happened and apparently they were the ones that cancelled my order but why WOULD they? I paid for it!Anyway, I have the texts and transaction details on my phone so if they don’t refund my money then I will claim it back through necessary channels.This is a restaurant that I have been using for a very long time and I can’t believe that this is how they treat their loyal customers.
