Took my puppy Alpaha blue blood bulldog here for the first time , now his a puppy but a big breed but still super excited exactly like a puppy so hard to calm down so I feel this played a part! The staff are lovely super friendly and smiley. Hugo came out smelling amazing and very clean the only let down was the amount of hair that was literally flying off him which this was not the case at previous dog groomers. A member of staff did explain the she didn’t want to brush too much or he may get sore so she could only brush him a little. But other than that he was super clean and smelt it too.For Hugo’s size and all that’s included very reasonable price

Never leave reviews but experienced such awful customer service. If you want a groomer that just does a buzz cut and leaves the head and tail because they can’t style then this is the groomer for you- Seems like what she does with all of them! Drove an hour there to be told after 5mins of questioning why she thinks my dog should be shaved to take my dog home she has no time!! Blessing in disguise after reading some of these reviews.

My dog looked gorgeous when I picked her up, she had a lovely spa day and looks good for it. the girls are lovely, friendly and very professional. Thank you

Great service looked after my cocker poo. She looked amazing when I collected her. Nice people who really care about the dogs they groom.

Took our 7 month cockapoo here for first time this morning, lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great advice given too.Our dog smells amazing, great experience from start to finish.Finally found our go to groomer.Thank you.

Unfriendliest dog groomers I have ever been to. Arrived as a new customer, no one said hello they just came over and asked what my dog was called and took him. He was scared and they didn't even acknowledge him. Advised them how I wanted him cut and specified exactly how I don't want him cut, low and behold I pick my dog up and he's been given the cut I asked them NOT to give him which has really upset me.Upon collecting him staff were again so unfriendly, just wanted my money and for me to be out the door. If they cannot be nice to a new customer to try and get repeat business I have concerns about how they treat the dogs in their care.2.5 hours for my dog to be cut how I asked them not to, and didn't even get a chance to complain or discuss with them as once I'd been handed my change staff walked off and carried on being more interested in their snacks. Avoid.

Excellent grooming service! My dog are amazing after their grooming! I have tried so many places before but none are as professional and great as this place.

These guys are absolute experts! We take 3 of our long haired cats here and they are well looked after and treated with complete kindness. Have taken them elsewhere in the past and suffered mistakes out of inexperience. Highly recommend this place, no need to look elsewhere.
