Dr P Flann - Inspire Health

Very poor service, 12 day wiat for an appointment for something I consider quite urgent (bleeding dermititis). Asked for online access to be able to make things easier , ie book appointments, funnily enough this option isn't available, a long wiat on the phones, tenth in the queue, quicker to jump on the bus and speak to reception in person, never hear the phone ringing when in the surgery, quite the mystery.

Refused to prescribe my medication and told me to go somewhere else.

Received a txt on New years eve after I'd been in, saying my tablets would be ready that afternoon from Miss Fry. I pre empted that they wouldn't be from her attitude towards me, and sure enough they weren't there. I knew so I borrowed some from a friend. The txt suggested intent. Why does the Doctors receptionist job always attract power crazed people. Disappointed, because I thought the system had evolved.

I suffer from severe depression and I find them very sympathetic and helpful X

From Avenue house surgery to Hasland Medical Centre to Hasland Surgery, all staff are hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and well experienced. The GP's, nurses, nurse associate to Hca's are all empathetic and compassionate. They always take time for each patient and goes beyond their own job role to help patients. Such a lovely and friendly environment to be given the chance to observe and work with the most experienced and skilled medical professionals. Good job everyone! Keep doing what you do best! BEST surgery ever!

I have on the whole found inspire health to be a good service. Some of the GP receptionists I have to say particularly at Hasland Medical Centre are downright rude, not patient focussed or sensitive. However since covid, the lack of face to face appointments for symptoms and conditions that require direct contact I find extremely alarming, alongside the fact that despite most appointments now being held via telephone and hence much quicker than a face to face appointment, there seems less appointments available which does not make logical sense!
