Bert did a great job of installing the panel. He was on time and cleaned up after the work. The panel has been useful in heating up the room faster than our usual heating system, and the thermostat ensures that it doesn't get too hot in the room and that we don't waste electricity. Thanks Bert.

We had been looking for an alternative option for your heating due to living in the country. Standard electric heating was too expensive and oil was insane. After reading up on IR I contacted Infrared Heating UK and from beginning to end they have been magic. From delivering the units by hand to give advice freely over the phone. My only worry is that they are not used enough to allow this product and tech to become main stream!They work instantly and with ease. Installation was a breaze and set up easy. This tech works better than I had hoped and do so hope that people take this tech on!! If in doubt call them and have a chat! They are wonderful people and will do anything they can to help even if it was a quote!

We love our new heater and the service we got was good. We have a large space in the Old Town which is very difficult to heat. These guys made sure we were totally happy everything, and what a difference the heater has made!

Fabulous service from Bert, nothing was too much trouble. After sales service second to none.The system Bert recommended (electric infrared UfH) is working extremely well and heats up extremely quickly- much faster than the water based system and that even though we went for the smaller 110w system.

We bought infrared panels for our summer house. They were super easy to install, and I can set it to a low temperature so the summer house would not go cold. And when I’m there just increase the temperature and it’s immediately feels warm. It’s really like the sun rays. Doesn’t dry the air. I just love this heating!
