Excellent Service, Paul was thorough and prompt and clearly explained his charges in detail BEFORE taking on my job, which was refreshing in itself! Came out to my house and repaired our Washing machine at a very sensible price with no hidden extras. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul was fantastic, he came out this morning to have a look at my dishwasher which had started erroring.He managed to fit me in quickly, whilst he already had a busy week, happily took my call and talked through the problem. Showed up on time on the day and was professional and helpful throughout.He successfully repaired the dishwasher and was very tidy/friendly whilst working.Thanks Paul!

Several calls and messages and no reply whatsoever. No call, no reply, not even a text reply.No excuse for not being courteous, even if a company is busy. Imagine if your appliance needed a part? Never again.After reading my review the company now claims all calls and texts are answered. Really? That isn’t my experience and customers in Lincoln are entitled to share their experience, whether you like it or not.

I found Paul on web search after finding the person we used to use is now retired. He quickly responded to my call for help, visited us to see it was worth repairing. The advise given was very sympathetic but professional. He had to check if the part required was available and came to repair the machine with the part about one week later. He does what he promised and very easy to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend him.
