Lurgan Medical Practice

Very very poor doctors and receptionist or not very nice .you can't even see a doctor you have to ring the 1st thing in the mornings to get a doctor to talk to you . If you can't get thew which you can't then there is only so many slots .you have to try all again tomorrow morning complete poor doctors you cant even see a doctor You cant even ring to make appointment to see these doctors what sort of doctors is this . No wonder the hospital can't cope when this place don't even see you trying to ring them is a complete nightmare. Time to look to go else were this doctors is a joke nightmare

They don’t pick up the phone when you ring, they answer whenever they want

Absolutely the WORST doctor surgery!!!!When you ring when it says its opened and you cant get through as the phone lines are not switched on...1hr 45mins later you get through and be told you can not book an appointment and to call back the next day. 3days later still can't get an appointment.Not helpful what so ever either on the phone. So if its an emergency pay to go private at least you will be seen.Any wonder the A&E staff are rushed off their feet as the GPs don't want to work.

Moved down here, tried to get an emergency appointment as I had a womb infection, was told to go all the way to Bangor (my old surgery) to get treatment with 2 year old twins. I didn’t have a car. So went to another doctors, who where happy to see me in Lurgan

Receptionist is the most ignorant being I've ever had to encounter. Absolutely unessessary.

Rude doctors they don’t give you solution for the problem and they don’t listen at all if you want to see doctor you have to ring in the morning very bad don’t go to this surgery

Not happy with thi spractice. The worse I havce been in. I am not a patient only a carer.

This is a well run practice with very helpful staff and lovely gps
