Lençóis com muito mal cheiro, nenhuma faxina, banheiro pequeno igual de um avião, atendimento ao cliente péssimo e sem infraestrutura para se considerar um hotel. Localização boa mas com opções melhores na mesma rua.

Possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had.From grumpy, check-in where I was instructed, not engaged, no humour and no common courtesy or manners, to the guy lying on a bed behind the counter telling me that as it was after 5pm (his work knock off time) he had no interest in answering any questions.The room: in the basement, yes, the basement. Tiny, the bathroom is one of those molded units with a springy floor that felt like it was going to give way, and had you walking like a drunk. There were 3 lights in the bathroom, only 1 worked. The toilet roll holder was broken, so the rolls were sitting on the cistern. The fan rattled like an old diesel generator, never went quiet and the shower curtain was mouldy.The shower gel caddy was empty and the only cleaner was a hand wash dispenser over the basin.There was a locked door between my room and the next, so any noise on the other side came straight through.Yes, it was quite cheap, but even at that price it managed to appear overpriced for what was offered.And so dirty.Absolutely dreadful.

Didn’t get robbed, sheets were clean, great location. That’s all that is good about this place. There was hair on the bathroom walls when we arrived- obviously not cleaned properly. Rooms are tiny, bathroom is absolutely awful- you’re basically showering on the toilet. Good luck if you’re taller than 5’6. Blood and makeup stains on the walls were off putting to say the least. Check in and out was easy, staff were fine. Wouldn’t recommend, but for the price it is what it is.

The hotel is not the fanciest and if you want to complain about something, you can. The room we stayed in was quite small, but cozy - was clean, had a comfy bed and was all you actually need when you are out an about all day.Best things has to be the location. From here you can reach by foot easily the Big Ben, the Buckingham palace and more. In about 5-10min you can reach the Victoria station and get on a tube if needed

Rooms very small and basic but for the price and location you can't complain. Would stay again if I needed to be around the Victoria area. Beds were relatively comfortable. Only annoying things about the room was there were only 2 plug sockets and they were at the other side of the room to the bed and only one of them worked

A cheap, super affordable hotel that doesn't claim to be fancy in any shape or form - but considering the low price, it gets the job done in a pinch/emergency.Had to stay overnight in London due to the current railway strikes. All of the trains home were cancelled at the last moment, and so we had to book an overnight hotel room and a coach ticket for returning home the following day. For 2 people, we paid £69.00 to stay the night and were graciously allowed to check out later than 10am the following morning for an additional cost of £10 (we asked to check out at 12pm noon, so 2 hours later than the original check out time).Our room was small but big enough to fit a double bed, whilst the bathroom was a very tiny and slim cubicle that included a toilet, sink/mirror and stand in shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were clean. Toilet roll, tea/coffee and an electric kettle were provided. No elevator within this building, so you will have to carry your luggage up or down the stairs depending on which floor your room is on. The room and building as a whole were fairly warm/stuffy for a day in January, and so I wonder if it's something to do with the insulation, heating or ventilation within the building itself. Our room was located next to the road, which is a semi-busy street so if you're looking to get some restful sleep, closing the window is a must. Although with how stuffy and warm it tends to get, you may want to try sleeping with the windows open a crack at first. The bed and pillows weren't super comfortable, and took a while to get used to before we were able to doze off. However, considering the price it was still a steal for 1 night in Central London regardless.

I was in London for the first time, and I would never have paid such money for such a hotel. The room stinks, the pillows are dirty, towels are dirty too, the toilet and shower are very old, the toilet paper is already open (used) milk for tea/coffee is already out of dignity!I put one star for the location because I was looking for a hotel for a VERY LONG time

Location perfectWelcome at reception goodRoom clean. Very basic. Definitely only a place to sleep and shower, too depressing to hang out in (basement room). My advice would be, go back last thing at night very tired and up, shower and leave as soon as awake.

I don't usually write reviews but my booking company encouraged me to warn future travelers.I rented a room for 5 days, with the low cost being very appealing. However, I ended up paying 3 times the cost just to escape.Aside from an incredibly small bedroom (the pictures are not accurate) and ridiculously tiny bathroom (unless you're a child, you'll likely struggle turning around in there) and unpleasant smell, I had the worst hotel encounter of my life.The keys were being replaced as I returned on my 2nd night, and I needed to get a new one from that night's front desk clerk, who was the only employee there at the time. We exchanged pleasantries, but the clerk began going into a long-winded, insane and racist conspiracy rant about how his home country was where all human civilization began (with jet packs being common over a thousand years ago), how Einstein stole the Theory of Relativity from their sacred texts, and how Chinese immigrants (among other countries) go to the UK and USA to have babies and get passports."
