Really good service from Igloo Audio. I found the amplifier I was looking for slightly cheaper than other retailers and it arrived really quickly. Peter even contacted me to check my delivery address and kept me updated on delivery time. As for the amplifier - Exposure 2510 - it’s fantastic and highly recommended for anyone looking at a ‘purist’ amplifier which sounds great.

My first time using Igloo Audio was a faultless and pleasant experience. I decided to use Igloo based on the other reviews I had seen and so glad I did. I bought a Degritter MKII for my new Vinyl hobby, the cleaner is outstanding, the service from Igloo was outstanding so all in all it was the perfect transaction.

I cannot speak highly enough of Igloo Audio. I have bought a few items from them over the years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Peter,the owner,has a wealth of knowledge and has a genuine interest in helping his customers. There is no hard sell,far from it,just advice before and after any transaction. He clearly loves music and only sells products that do it justice. I recently bought some ATC speakers which,for me,was a considerable investment. Peters guidance as to what the speakers would do,or not do,in my living space proved to be entirely accurate. I was part exchanging equipment at the same time and was given a fair price. This particular transaction highlights the level of care and customer service. We were having minor problems arranging a suitable courier . Peters solution was to deliver the speakers himself,collecting the part exchange and saving me the hassle of arranging my own courier. He also unpacked and assisted with initial set up. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommended in every respect.

Every step of the transaction, from advice, trade- in to the delivery of the new loudspeakers was handled in a very professional and conscientious manner ensuring everything went smoothly.
