Lynsey and her team at IMS have done so much for me. I moved in on November 2022. Any issues I have reported since have been alleviated. While not immediate, I can only imagine that it’s because the team at IMS ensures to make all proper arrangements to provide the best quality of service to their customers. If it wasn’t for Lynsey, I wouldn’t be in the beautiful space that I occupy today. Thank you for being patient and caring Lynsey. But not only you, your entire team as well. IMS is dedicated to making sure their customers are comfortable and happy. I couldn’t ask for more from such an outstanding property management agency. Y’all keep doing great things!!

The first meeting with Lynsey during the viewing of property was the start! She was very sweet in explaining all the things about the property & tenancy during the viewing, she was patient enough to clarify our never ending questions and had them all answered with a smiling face. We can see how Customer/Client centric she is. An energetic and clear explanation from her gave the positive thought for us and after that it was all smooth. Tracy initiated the process and very helpful in sharing all the details for further processes, was patient enough to clear my queries and well timed response too. She also did required follow ups to make sure things were done on time. Right from viewing till the Agreement signing was done, it was all amazing. It was one of the smoothest viewings we had, I will definitely recommend IMS to my circle!!! :)

I was pleasantly surprised by this agency how they processed everything, it was fast and with few hassles compared to other agencies I have dealt with. A big thank you to Lensey who showed us the house and assured us that everything would be ready on time, she is professional and very easy to communicate with. Next time I will also choose through them as they get nice houses and their prices are cheaper than others.

Professional and personal service, with excellent communicationI am currently in the process of selling my apartment and have had a stressful experience with a different Estate Agent (not IMS). As it is, it does now look as though, at the eleventh hour, they've managed to sell it - however, Michelle and Lynsey from IMS were poised to take over from today. So, because of their amazing personal customer-focused approach, the way in which they've dealt with me, the advice they've given and their graciousness and integrity, I am still going to leave them a 5 star review. In the time I've been dealing with them, they have given me nothing but 5 star service. Although I couldn't eventually go through with moving to them, I can tell you that I've had a better service from them in the last 3 weeks than I've had from my current estate agent for the last 2 months. They answer emails and phone calls immediately, their communication has been outstanding. They have been personable, warm, friendly, utterly professional, and so very knowledgeble on shared-ownership matters.I have always used IMS for my mortgages, and I bought my current apartment through them. The only reason I didn't go straight to them this time was because I thought I should stick with the same agency I was buying my onward purchase through. I was wrong, and I wish I'd gone straight to Michelle. It still might have taken a while to sell, but I would have been treated to a far more more personal service and would not have felt an iota of the stress. It's not a mistake I will make again. Thank you to Michelle, Lynsey and Tracy who, through their professionaism and personal touch, have more than earned the fee I will now be reluctantly giving to someone else.
