Beautiful gym. Cleanliness on point.very friendly. Iqras very welcoming into the creche. I am more than happy to keep my children with her as if it feels safe and they enjoyed there time. I would definitely recommend this club.

Unfortunately The gym membership experience was the worst that we ever had. We were in the neighborhood only for one month and went in specifically asked if we can do one month membership Only. The answer was very certain yes if we pay for the flexible option £138/month, and cancel after our first payment no problem.So we paid And ask them to make sure/cancel any further payments after.- Then it comes the first disappointment:they then told us can’t do it we need to email the membership team (whom are located elsewhere)to process.So we email the membership team and been told we can’t cancel it and don’t try to stop the bank from the payment..(weird..)After a few frustrating communication we went back to the sales team in mode and been assumed it’s all sorted, no more money will be taken out.Ironically. On the 1st of this month, both of our account has been taken out £138 and we have already left.Frustrating communications again and been told it’s a mistake and will refund the payment. 2weeks gone and still nothing!!!!

Congratulations and job well done. High tech equipment and facilities nice and clean. Hope it stays that way. I only put four stars because of the following reasons:Lack of kids activities for the younger members and with extended timetable beyond 5-6pm atleast on Fridays and Saturdays.Cafe area can get overcrowded and too noisy. Introducing a quiet section would go a long way.Lack of towels. Free towels would be a great way to enhance the gym experience. A thoughtful gesture to justify the higher membership fees and make members feel valued and comfortable during their workouts.Hope you take these points into consideration. Best wishes

Fantastic Gym with Clean Facilities and Friendly Staff!I recently joined Mode Gym, and I must say, it's been an incredible experience so far. The gym is equipped with top-notch Bell equipment, and everything is impeccably clean. The staff is not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and always ready to assist.One standout feature for me is their excellent creche service, which makes it so convenient for parents like me to work out without worrying about childcare. The kids enjoy it too!I highly recommend Mode Gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with a friendly and helpful staff. It's a game-changer for fitness enthusiasts!

Club has good range of high spec equipment, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The range of classes is impressive, suiting all levels and ages. I particularly liked the stretch and Pilates classes. Staff are very personable and helpful.

I was very happy when Mode Club took over and refurbished what was once VirginActive here in Acton. I have rejoined and have not been disappointed, it always was spacious and airy so there is plenty of room to move freely around the equipment. There are staff around like Alex and Simon who are ready to help. I have also being doing a stretch class with Barbara, which at my age I find very beneficial. I also use the 25m pool which is something I enjoy as well. So all good.

The club is amazing a beautiful place that is really spacious, and I feel free when I am there. The atmosphere it’s immaculate and I love the staff there really nice and helpful. My only enquiry is that there should be towels provided considering the price being paid and there have sort to been little kids and teenagers running around past 6:30 and I assume the applicable age is 16, so I feel like before people should sign there children up, there should be proof of identification to the individual being the age requirement as it is distracting to people doing outside classes in the gym area other than that I love the place and will be looking forward to keep going.

I was offered a free experience by MODE because of where I live. The facilities are fabulous. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the equipment is very good. I highly recommend this place. I am aware of the two price brackets but there are 3. It starts at 86 pounds per month basic and the next level is 104.

We have been treated unfairly by the manager, my friend called us to have coffee at the canteen area, my son was running to go to toilet and the manager came to us complaining about him, she was so rude by saying we have been kicked out from the gym previously which is not true, as my wife canceled the membership, also said we are not allowed to enter the gym anymore, there were other kids playing and running around the canteen area. My wife and kids had gym membership before, however, one day my wife received a warning from the manager complaining about my kids behavoiur and lied to us saying they have damaged the ceiling of the play area which wasn't true. My wife had to cancel the membership after that phone call because we felt that we have been discriminated and treated less favourably for some reason.

Great gym, loads of space and well equipped. Hardly have to wait for any machines even during peak times. Sauna and steam rooms are great. Very clean and the staff are all top class from reception to fitness coaches.bad points:-towels are a must for any gym of this caliber, especially with the high fees.-if you wish to play racquet sports with friends who aren’t members, they have to pay the full £30 to use the courts. How that makes sense I don’t know. Typical courts come to 10-15 per head so asking someone to pay 30 for a game is rough. Makes me feel that management is a bit out of touch.-kids can be seen running around the cafe at times and can get hectic.
