I have used Wellbeing for a few years and I’m shocked at the lack of help and careless attitude I received from them.Two examples:-My smoke alarm went off late at night and so contacted the call centre. I apologised to the woman I spoke to and explained it isn’t an emergency. Something had boiled dry and sounded the alarm. She refused to accept I was ok despite my telling her I am and sent firemen round. This startled me and the neighbours. I was not impressed.2. I’ve just bought a house and so I’m packing to leave the old house. One of the smoke alarms went off when I packed it. It wouldn’t stop bleeping loudly. I rang Wellbeing to ask for help in switching the alarm off. I was told they would send someone round. Half an hour later no one shows. The smoke alarm is still sounding. I had to keep pressing it to stop it sounding off. I contacted the call centre again to tell them. They said they’ll get someone to help me by phone. I got a phone call to discuss it but no one turned up to help me and still the alarm is going off. The only way I could stop it was to bad

I Have been trying to contact This Company by phone and e-mail about a problem they have BUT have not had any response apart from bills.This does not give anyone confidence in the service that they are supposed to be providing.If I phone again will some one please answer.

They have taken out 3 lots of money in 10 days. Been trying to get a refund for a month now. Everytime I ring the operator apologises and says they will send an urgent email to finance. I'm still waiting

Absolutely fantastic company - I decided time had come for my father to have a key safe installed, rang the company on Monday 20th November and they installed it today, Wednesday 23rd November!! Such a relief for me living miles away, Welbeing now inform emergency services of details of key safe and I can stop worrying at night!So very impressed, staff all been really helpful, Amy, Dave Williams, Kerry and Sharon who installed the key safe.Thanks to you all.

Sorry but having never really tested Careium in a live situation, two no-response calls of 20 minutes each on two different numbers just to pass your equipment back to you is too much.I'll try once more before my mother's house is sold and it's being disposed of.#Binned

I have had the pleasure of being attended to by Chris the engineer. Nothing was too much trouble. He truly understands customer service and I am sure you are very proud of him. Chris is a credit to Careium and they indeed fortunate to have such a personable young man in their employ.

Shocking. Avoid at all costs. Repeatedly phoned them throughout January to obtain a replacement pendant. It never arrived despite me being told it was on its way on numerous occasions. Rang them in February to tell them that dad didn't need it anymore after he died from a fall whilst alone at home and yet the invoices still arrive... shame the replacement pendant never did. Very poor communication between departments.

Never used their services, but because they keep sending letters to someone who doesn't live at my address, even though I've told them they have the wrong address, they get... One star.Am currently considering making a complaint to the ombudsman because they haven't listened.

Shocking service, emergency calls waiting 30+ minutes, staff taken for granted, low pay, high stress and staff not looked after. Management will try and micro-manage you and will makes it incredibly difficult for you if you don't click with them

Since Doro/Careium took over welbeing in Eastbourne just over 3 years ago it went down hill so fast, we were a non profit lifeline, all money went back into the business to provide excellent service.Doro bought us and brought in new software to answer calls among other things, and we went from answering 99% of our calls in under a minute to horror days with people waiting over an hour, new management did not care as it was all about cost cutting to save money, not lives!They complaned staff get paid too much at £12 something an hour, and pushed minimum wage contracts on staff.Then they closed welbeing in Eastbourne early 2022 after dumpster firing our solid reputation and moved all operations to Kent under the name careium"
