In the summer of last year, we as a family we're lucky enough through military charities to have our garden redesigned to meet my disabilities which I sustained in Afghanistan. We also wanted it to become a communal area where my children and family members could relax safely, this is where Artificial Grass Ltd heard my story got in touch and donated a large area of artificial grass. Once professionally laid it transformed the garden, the children absolutely loved it and for the first time in a long time I was able to smile and interact with the Family. My Wife and I were humbled that Artificial Grass Ltd had donated this to us, we can't thank you enough and eight months on it still looks like it has just been laid. Very bad experience. We have been informed that our delivery was supposed to be Wednesday. The delivery guy told us on the day that they had to reschedule us to Thursday. I told them we will not in on Thursday can they reschedule it to Friday. However, afterwards there were no update from the delivery company. The products then were delivered on Thursday, it blocked our hallway. And also the products were too big that it cannot fit the lift. We have remove the package and take it bit by bit .

Just spoke with one of the members of staff! Absolute appalled by what I have just heard. Snappy unhelpful.I simple wanted to know sq metre prices, mentioning I was just comparing prices and asking for fitting ( If I didn't purchase grass from this company ) Very Very rude. So disappointed.
