Went in (during opening hours) and they were still setting up. The guy was clearly late / hungover. He hadn't changed the clocks back either.

Abysmal customer service from an older female member of staff in Greggs. Did not greet me, just stood there and looked at me instead of saying 'what can I get you'. Absolutely shocking. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called in this morning 10.10am. Man infront of us ordered 9 baps. Lady cooking got very annoyed and shouted thats it breakfast is finished i cant deal with this". Trainee was very apologetic and we had a coffee. I work in retail and this attitude is unacceptable. We would of waited for more to be cooked. But how she spoke we wont be back."
