I cannot express how pleased I am with the service given to me by DLG Autos. My car had in excess of 5K,s worth of damage . I was referred to DLG by my insurance company. The car was assessed within 48 hours and collected within another 48 hours. It was subsequently repaired ahead of schedule and returned fully valeted.The staff kept me regularly informed of progress via text and phone call and were kind and courteous. I cannot fault them, their professionalism, and the service provided to me.All is left is for me to say an enormous thank you to everyone for putting me back in the driving seat again.

Whilst the original communication was good and the car was collected and re delivered nice and clean, im not sure about the little things that matter, there is a small drainage/ cover plug missing inside the boot that is obvious as soon as you open the boot, one of the wheel arch plastic trims is now not sitting flush, worrying as this all passed quality control!

DLG Auto Services provided a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. Upon booking, the staff were incredibly friendly and very flexible, even arranging to inspect my car at work. I was given a beautiful courtesy car (with heated seats!) I was shown its many features and the staff member made sure I was comfortable before leaving. The collection and drop off was friendly & efficient. There was a tiny hiccup with a symbol popping up on the dashboard. I visited the next day and the staff were very apologetic and quick to resolve the issue. My car was originally damaged in a hit & run so with their exceptional and welcoming service, DLG Auto turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. Thank you!

Amazing company from start to finish. The receptionists are very helpful, the text tracking to where your car is in the service is fantastic idea. The treatment and repair of my car was amazing. They even cleaned it immaculate inside on return. Not to mention the curtesy car. Wow super cool. Brilliant Professional Speedy Caring can’t say enough good stuff! Thank you

Really bad experience. My car was returned four times as the paintwork was appalling. First time it came back the paintwork looked like orange peel effect. Second time noticed that half a bumper had been sprayed so looked odd, didn’t notice the car still had orange peel effect as it was raining. Third time the orange peel effect still in the car, to be told that all new car come with Thai effect now (i don’t know much about cars but I’ve never seen that in a car, specially a brand new one). Also noticed the were marks on the inside off my door where they had been kicking the door open. No respect for other people belongings. Forth time, I was happpy with the car and was mainly focused on the paintwork to make sure there was no orange peel effect, it all had gone considering all cars look like that now. Funny that!!!! Sign everything to then noticed 10 minutes after the man had left they had sanded down the other side, which shouldn’t have been touched to leave it with no paint work on.Call the driver back for him to ignore my phone call. Really professional.The communication was really poor, I had to keep calling to find out if my car was ready.I also had to get someone from my insurance company to inspect their work, just a shame he wasn’t there for this final outcome.Would advise anyone to avoid this company. It’s a shambles and from their work they let leave the work shop just goes to show, they are incompetent.They have had my car for three weeks, only meant to have taken 5 days as there wasn’t much damage.To add to the insult of the poor service, they returned my car with the petrol light on. Considering there was just over a 1/4 tank when they took the car. They took the car apparently on a trailer, the other 2 times they drove my car without telling me there were driving it. The last time they returned the car was on a trailer again……. Assuming the reason for this as there was no petrol in the car.Angry and upset with this service.

DLG fixed my car for me through my insurance company following a collision. They kept me up to date with the progress and were punctual with collection and delivery times. My car was returned clean and the work was well done. However, the number plate fell off due to the adhesive pads not sticking to the back plate, but DLG were very apologetic and had it screwed back in to place within an hour of me calling them. Slightly annoying but great customer service and the speedy correction made up for it.
