As someone who particularly dislikes going to the dentist, I cannot express how professional and caring all the staff at NI Dental Care are. I've been going for the past few years and haven't a bad word to say about them. Very friendly, helpful and know what they're doing.

I have been attending this practice for many years and have never found fault in any way. But today I was treated under the consultancy of Sophie and felt that I should leave a review. I have always had a fear of dentists (beyond explaining) but ‘Sophie’ made me feel totally relaxed. Not only that, she is a very competent dentist. She very quickly solved an acute dental issue and dealt with chronic issues that have been left too long due to Lockdown and my fear of dentists.Thank you so much Sophie and to the wonderful reception staff, whose names I did not get, and Bronagh who dealt with me on the phone x

I don’t write many Google reviews, but if you’re a nervous patient, I really can’t recommend this surgery enough. I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my time. In one month when I was 14, I saw 15 different dentists. I’ve never successfully had dental treatment without sedation or GA until today.I thought for sure I would need to get my tooth removed considering the pain it was causing me, but Jeremy assured me it could be fixed by root canal. They were very reassuring, and the process was so quick, I didn’t even have time to think about telling them to stop. They went so quickly through all the anxiety causing steps, and I was in and out before I knew it.They‘ve given me a new hope that maybe now, after all these years, I can finally get my teeth fixed once and for all, and until then, they‘ve gotten rid of my immediate pain, and did so at an incredibly decent price, considering I needed to go private due to my lack of HSC number.When they say they care, they mean it, and I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for me!Edit: it’s been almost 2 years now since my first visit to NI Dental, and I’m now a regular patient. I’ve had almost all of my required work done by the wonderful Hayley before she left, and I’m now in the care of the brilliant Sophie.Every dentist I’ve encountered at the practice has been absolutely brilliant. They’re very professional and have all been respectful of my fears while doing the procedures.I still cannot recommend this practice enough. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me on my dental journey.

My 12 year old son had an extremely sore tooth after ringing 27 dentists and taking him to a&e I was losing hope of him being seen! A friend recommended ringing this place I literally cried when I got of the phone the girls on the phones couldn't have been any nicer and told me they wouldn't leave a child in pain then on arriving today the dentist David was so nice and made sure he sorted my son. Totally restored my faith in humans. Thanks so much forever grateful.

You have an absolute gem in Sophie Hassan. Don’t know why I haven’t written a review before now since I’ve been with the practice for years, and have always found it to be clean, bright, friendly and professional.Thanks for everything you do!

I would highly recommend this practice for the high level of professional and friendly service.The staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Julie is great with younger children and Susan is an amazing and dedicated dentist who takes her time and makes sure you feel at ease especially if you have a fear of dentist's.The receptionist are also super helpful if you need to reschedule an appointment. I can not fault this place!!!

The clinic took me on last minute as an emergency and it’s the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to. All the staff are friendly and professional. I was treated by David who gave thorough advice and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. There is no other place I will go to for dental work. Thanks a million!
