I went in coulke of weeks ago to purchase a pair of Nikes for £150. I asked a gentleman of they had them in my size he said Yes someone will bring them down to you soon." I was with a friend who was returning items so really it was him I was waiting for

Diabolical service. Absolutely unprofessional, genuinely unhelpful and completely disgusted with their lack of ability to pay attention to customers. 1 bloody gadget between 3 muppets trying to get size availability only to constantly disappoint. Don't waste your time or energy on this lame excuse of a store.

Went in wanting to try on a trainer in a specific size. Approached one of the staff members and he said he would be with me in a minute. Waited 10 mins and decided to approach another staff member. This member of staff got me the trainers, mid way through our conversation he was speaking to someone else and completely ignores any form of communication from my end. Terrible customer service and definitely won't be shopping there ever again.

Absolutely disgraceful service Person at the tills the mixed raced girl tried thinking I did something to a jacket that I was returning when clear enough nothing wrong with it tried showing her colleague to look for. Excuse for no exchange lol made me laugh because nothing was wrong with it if I didn’t wear it Moody aswell I’m going to be reporting this to head office for that service

The staff are very friendly. I had to wait a while to pick up an order but the staff were kind and respectful. Can't ask for anything more.

Absolute appalling walked in picked some clothes up to try, walked up to a worker instantly got the eye roll as i go to the fitting room with clearly 2 trousers she takes them off me and started checking them extra thoroughly as if im trying to hide something in them i just gave it back and walked out. Not worth my time or my money for a shop that i am not welcome. Better off going to the one inside the bullring.
