Well Nails Bar

Well Nails Bar always gets it right. They’re so good. My nails last for four weeks at a time, and the art always looks fabulous! I love it here.

Finally found a place to get my nails done again. Love how the Biab nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. The customer service is five star and their job is AMAZING. I would recommend Well Nails 100% absolutely

I love this place! I have been in lots of nail salons around Hackney and this one is the one where I’ve got the best and most durable nail service. The atmosphere is not as put together as some other branded spots but don’t let that cloud your judgment. The nails are far better quality than in many of those places. The staff is also very friendly. Offering green tea and stuff while you are waiting. Make sure to make an appointment since the place is always busy. The manager did my nail design and he was absolutely brilliant. I took a picture and he replicated it to perfection. 5*

Love that I have somewhere local that offers Biab, very reasonable and fair prices as well. Nail techs are friendly and pay attention to detail! Salon is also very clean and aesthetic.

When this shop open the lady was pregnant, all the staff couldn’t have been nicer to all the new customers, (I bought my 4 friends along) as they want to establish a client base. They were chatty friendly and welcoming…….. NOW! Rude, dismissive, several times, if they’re busy they speak to u like your begging them for change! So rude! On one occasion I didn’t have an appointment, I went in, was told I had to wait an hour, I said fine there’s nowhere to sit, I live round the corner, so I’ll come back in an hour. No he tells me u have to wait here! When did he expect me to sit? On the damn pavement?And they’re always running out of things, certain colours/shades?NOT PROFESSIONALSo after several visits and chances to fix up, I’ve left and gone back to #vietnamnailsBecause1. They know how to talk to/treat their customers (especially the loyal ones!)2. That’s why their shop is always full people stand outside and wait to get their nails done. I went to them for 16 years and thought I’d give this new shop a chance, but once they became established and well known? They have no customer service skills. Don’t wanna have any kind of interaction with their clients!I spent between £120-£150 on my hans and feet each month, why would I wanna spend it where I’m not made to feel welcome?Part of the whole pampering process is going to have your stuff done in a nice environment with lovely staff? Some just think that their talent alone is enough and don’t even wanna learn the basics of English so they can have a conversation with their clients? Does the business owner really have to be told these thingBad Bad Business.

I cannot recommend enough Well Nails Nar. They always make my nails look amazing and deliver on my vision.

I get gels done here regularly and the staff are really friendly, attentive and talented. Great value too.

Pedicure and manicure with nail art done in less than 2 hours! Was incredible service and nails look so good. Will definitely be returning to Well St Nail bar.
