Llandudno Smiles

Such a wonderful practice! Everyone at Landudno Smiles are so helpful and caring.I have recently been suffering with wisdom tooth pain and I called on the off chance to been seen by a dentist in order to help me with my pain. From my initial appointment, I was booked in a week later to have my wisdom tooth extracted and it was the most painless and professional experience ever - as I’ve been told by the staff, “Dr. Carmen is the Queen of removing teeth”, I can definitely agree. My tooth was removed within seconds and it has made such a huge difference!The practice itself is so lovely and clean inside and everyone is so friendly. Cannot recommended Llandudno Smiles enough!

Excellent service from the dentist Elvis, the hygienist Asha and also the receptionist. However, I wasn't expecting a bill for £82 for my visit to the hygienist as I pay monthly through Denplan. It turns out that you have to pay for the first full examination by the hygienist which wasn't explained when I first signed up.

Absolutely amazing! I'm such a nervous customer but from the moment I step through the front door, every member of staff puts me at ease! Can't recommend Llandudno smiles enough :)

As usual, I was greeted with a smile and didn't have to wait long until I was seen. Carmen and Elvis are both passionate about their profession and want to help people retain and regain their smile. Always a pleasure (and I have NEVER said that about a dentist before!)

Lovely practice . Been with them years and was a bit apprehensive by recent change in ownership . Needn’t have worried at all . Owned and managed by married team Elvis and Carmen they have upheld the high standard of service offered to customers . Gina in reception always welcoming and accommodating . Recent state of the art equipment with hygienist . In todays climate re dental services in uk it’s worth every penny to be with denplan to spread the cost of a good service in monthly payments . A very pleasant experience, Elvis and Carmen are charming people, nothing was rushed, every step of the treatments were explained. They have a new machine for tooth cleaning, that really enhances the experience. I came away from Smiles with a big ( and cleaner!) smile on my face.

...all good....after a discussion with Elvis we will put a plan in place as appropriate....First visit to a hygienist in 4 years (covid)....how things have changed with treatment, and all for the better!! No pain, took little time, and the nicest girls on hand. I have rebooked for 6 months.
