The Red Herring is traditional pub, the locals are a friendly bunch and we were made welcome. If we go back to Great Yarmouth we would definitely go back .

Decent boozer. Darts, pool, jukebox & low price real ale n ciders. Just the ticket.Good service & plenty of seating.The pub is situated off the beaten track so was devoid of idiots.

Proper nice traditional pub, like going back in time but in a very good way.Beer prices were excellent as was the quality and the range of what was on.Freindly staff, very comfy seats and good pub snacks too.Was only a quick visit but was a nice one. Will be back at some point, hopefully.

Helpful and friendly landlord and landlady who have exceptional knowledge of real ale. Wednesdays and Fridays fresh rolls are served to help soak up the alcohol. Darts and pool are available too.

I'm from Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and I went for a long weekend away in Great Yarmouth, found this little gem not far from my dad's Hotel, excellent beer, excellent real ale, excellent pool table, excellent jukebox, Lovely just lovely stuff
