Visited today and will definitely be returning! The owner was very friendly, he was happy to talk about all of his goods and checked if I had any dietary requirements too.I tried two different savory brioche - absolutely delicious and a lovely balance of flavours. I also tried the panela custard tart - such a beautiful caramel flavour with a really delicate custard texture. Beautiful food, lovely people, highly recommend.

The Panela Custard Tart is one of the most amazing food products I've ever tasted. A big claim but no exaggeration. Perfect balance of flavour which is not overly sweet but a much more rounded caramel sweetness. Made even better with the contrasting textures of the hard casing and then soft custard which has the perfect consistency. Definitely recommend trying them

The baked goods that Bryan produces are incredible! You can really taste the quality and the love that goes into them. His sourdough is delicious and I love how he has collaborated with Luisa's vegan chocolate on the Avenues to make his treats even more delicious! This is THE bakery to visit in Nottingham!

I absolutely LOVE this bakery! Fiance and I treated ourselves to a brioche and pudding each (brownies are 10/10) and a signature sourdough loaf and all were absolutely amazing. The cheddar and pesto brioche was especially delicious, I will absolutely be making a detour to this fantastic bakery every time I'm in Notts.

Amazing bread and great vegan options. The plant-based sweet cardamom buns are absolutely amazing. I haven't had the chance yet to try the cinnamon and chocolate buns but I look much forward to it. It's great to have you on Sneinton Market, Bryan.

we are a regular at Bryan’s as we live nearby and we enjoyed every single thing we had so far, including breads, brioche and sweet treats. vegan cardamon buns are a must for me. Bryan is also super friendly and provides an ordering system through his instagram if you are like me and like to have a lie in on a Saturday, you can pre-order baked goods and collect later so that they don’t sell out. everything is reasonably priced for the quality of products and I highly recommend Breadmill Bakery if haven’t done so before.
