Contacted PS Woodcraft and Paul even called out to our house to measure up for 2 fitted wardrobes. Initially we were quite impressedA few messages back and forth a rough price was discussed and he promised to send us the draft plans so we could work out what suited best . A week later nothing so I messaged him again for an update and again nothing. Both messages were readI think the popular term is ghostingPersonally I call it rude and unprofessional and frankly I’d rather store my clothes in a refuse sack than deal with these time wasters ever again
