We made an outstanding experience with Savills. As German expats relocating from the US to London, our property search was definitely not a normal one and included several challenges. We had the perfect selling experience with Savills and David Stafford who at the time worked in Clapham (we were selling in South London but has now moved to Teddington). After meeting with a few agents I was really impressed with David’s approach and strategy behind selling our house. We personally knew Savills and loved their business and brand but they weren’t known for selling in our area, so it felt like a bit of a gamble. After a burst of initial viewings, the very first viewer put an offer in and the rest is history, we’re now sitting in our new house in Surrey! The whole process took just over 3 months and David was excellent at managing the chain. Honestly couldn’t ask for anything more!
