Jazmondy Dog Grooming

My wife took my dog, a senior chorkie, to this groomers and we are not impressed. It was stated that he is better when we are not in the room, but the groomer insisted that my wife stayed in the room during the groom. My dog was simply loose on the table, no attachment to stop him from falling. The groomer was also told that my dog is going blind, and so this made the threat of falling even worse. My dog was stressed and playing up from my wife being in the room, as we stated would happen, and the groomer called him aggressive because he was stressed out. She had absolutely no way of dealing with a stressed dog, stating that other groomers must have lied when they said that he was good at the groomers. The groom lasted around 15 minutes, with my wife having to do some of the trimming due to his panic, and he looks absolutely awful. We will have to spend more money to get this fixed at another more professional establishment. If you have a dog that doesn't mind being loose on a high table and man handled while stressed, maybe this is the groomers for you. We will not be coming here again.

My dog Hugo has been going here for 5 years. He loves going to see Kris and she keeps him in tip top condition.

Our little Cavachon looks beautiful! Chris showed us how to brush and maintain her coat, feet and ears, which has never been offered before, although she's been groomed twice. Lovely lady, thank you x we'll be back far sure!

Even though I'd totally overlooked my appointment because of an overwhelming week and a family death on top of it...the lady who rang was very forgiving given our circumstances. Brilliant dog groomer. Gave a good consultation and checked what we wanted done. Kris was great with our pup - took time to get to know him. Very professional - wouldn’t look for another groomer now(sorry Kris)

Managed to fit us in on a busy Saturday to trim our young border terrier's nails & tidy his feet up. The two ladies working there were wonderful and so kind to him. We will definitely be back!
