Had a session with Yasmin Spence for some posture niggle and muscle tension. Yasmin was thorough in her initial questioning and range of motion tests prior to an excellent sports massage relieving tension between my scapulas and giving me some encouragement to continue my stretching. Would highly recommend getting in touch for an initial consultation if your hesitant about where to go. Looking forward to getting back into some training now that's taken care of!

Just had my first deep tissue massage in at least 3 years, & have to say I am very pleased and feeling the relief even after one treatment with Daniel. I wanted deep tissue massage & that’s just what I got.! “Excellent” I have a frothy year old back injury & Deep tissue massage goes a long way to help relief me from my limited movement & back pains. I’m definitely going to be a regular client.

I can not recommend Jenny highly enough! She is always there to help. She is so knowledgeable, and is always learning more and more. Jenny has put me back together and has kept me mobile. It’s just a shame I have to share her, as I’m sure I could give her enough work with just my poor body!Jenny, thank you all that you do.

By far the best most honest physio I have seen in many years, not only talks to you like a human and in terms you can understand (not like some that try and baffle you with medical jargon) Jenny is extremely caring and wants you to get better and not have to back as much unlike others that keep you going again and again with very little to show for the time!! I would highly recommend Saxilby Physiotherapy to anyone that is in need of proper care ☺☺☺
