Took car in after several unanswered calls. Issue diagnosed and was advised by the owner that he would source the parts needed and call me to book the car in once they’d arrived. That was more than 6 weeks ago. Have called, left voicemails and even texted but have had no response whatsoever. Unreliable, would not recommend.

Called for advice and the “gentleman” was rude, patronising, unprofessional. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. All I wanted to know was how busy they were and what kind of turn around to expect. To which he replied “doesn’t everyone “ told me I wasn’t very helpful as I didn’t know materials etc. How this guy gets business is beyond me.

Car was in for over 2 weeks without any work being done, then told they could not fix and given a card for a breaker to get parts. Dont go would not recommend
