Natalie is a truly genuine kind dog groomer, she is always happy and bubbly and has only the best interests of Todd when I bring him in, she talks to him and really does care and make him feel comfortable so much so he falls asleep! He went in as a complete mess and walked out a new dog, he smelt amazing, super soft and the facial was a very special extra! She is very talented at her work, I recommend her 100%

I use Pawsome Pets to groom my very nervous mini Schnauzer. Natalie does an amazingly good job of grooming Max. Natalie is kind and gentle so Max is better with her than anyone else previously.Natalie keeps very good notes and therefore always knows customers individual likes and dislikes. Best groomer we have ever used.

Natalie made my nervous pooch much more relaxed and he looked beautiful.
