Excellent service for the wife's car. First time at this dealership, and everything was spot on. Great value for money, and they found and fixed a problem with the fuel flap for free. Lovely staff. Recommended.

Ordered the Tucson Hybrid in Feb 2023 and advised delivery would be August 2023, as it was I collected it in September which was great, car was well presented on pick up and ready to go, requested a couple of extras which were in the car as well. All the staff at Hyundai Preston were very helpful and the purchase was handled by Mark S who made the whole process very easy, had a run down of the controls etc which was gratefully received, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Hyundai Preston for anyone looking at getting a Hyundai. Had the car for a few days now and getting to grips with the controls etc.

First contact with the sales person was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. I bought my car and visited to exchange my car with theirs. Unfortunately the original salesperson who sold me the car was not availablefor the transfer. I feel the person who carried out the transfer frankly, had no real interest. It was a though it wasn't his sale and he wanted it over as quickly as possible.
