The Perfect Nail Bar
It's my 2nd visit to this nail salon. This time I opted for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I didn't have an appointment but was seen quickly. The salon itself was clean and tidy and staff were cleaning in between clients. Although it stated a mask was required to enter, some women came in without masks and they were not challenged. I'm pretty happy with the overall treatments I had but I had shellac on my fingernails who I think was the Senior/Manager decided to remove when she placed me in the pedicure chair. I was still waiting for the pedicure! That definitely needed a better thought process!

Had such an awful experience, nails were not even the same length on both hands, messy french tips and a bumpy surface on my nails. Very unprofessional. So dissatisfied and disappointed with this service. Would not recommend.

Very unprofessional. The old lady who seem to be the boss is very rude and patronising. She doesn’t listen. Even after choosing my colour she came back with the wrong colour and tried to convince me it’s the one I chose. She walks around micro managing her staff and talks rudely about clients in her language. I had my translator app on my phone and was disgusted with what they were saying about the clients in their own language. Left twice with my nails looking awful. Never again. Please save yourself the disappointment of going to this place. Would have given a zero star

I've been there today furst time, and lm not gonna come in back never agane!make the easiest decorations enough to take people's money! I don't know what their system of work is, but one woman took care of me and 2 other clients! and I just had to sit and no one worked with me until I remarked to them! one started me another finished! and besides, they are expensive! And the fact that they communicate only in their language when discussing customers is disgusting!

Lovely staff! They fitted me in last minute, and recommended I do infills instead of a whole new acrylic set, which worked out cheaper and was better for my nail health.Will return!Update: returned and left with sensitive and sore nail beds (2 of them with slight bleeding on and after the appointment) from being roughly handled. Customer experience wasn’t very good either and felt patronised by the owner who saw I got my nails done somewhere else in between.A bit of a hit and miss.

I have been coming here for about 7 years now, they are always very polite, the salon is very clean and they have a hood range of colours to chose from, I would recommend this place to locals, get there early to avoid waiting as they get quite busy in the afternoon

Had the worst experience in this palce with also horrible service. Visited for the first time (and never again), lady finished manicure and the pedicure extremely quickly even though wasnt busy in store. And did not even guve the reault i was expecting.I am now going Gossip Nails chingford all the time.staff was also rude no idea why. I regret not speaking up before i left.

I have been coming here every 2-3 weeks for over 2 years now. Always love how my nails come out. They always last so well.Ignore the negative reviews, people expecting to be seen in seconds! It’s busy here for a reason, there the best in the area so expect a wait but it’s worth it!

The most disgusting nail bar I have ever been too! OVERPRICED! I have come to this nail bar for the last 7/8 years and I’ve always paid around £22 for normal coloured set. I had to pay £40 - £45 for my nails today which was just my hands. They didn’t even bother to notify me first yet notified me once I had sat down in between getting it done. Never ever coming back here again. The manager mocks you in their language which is very rude and the prices seem to be going higher. It’s very very rude to be talking in their languages and making you feel very awkward whilst their sat there gigglingAwful!

Had a pedicure and lady rushed it when I was the only one in there and cut up all my cuticles and they were bleeding for a while left them in pain and bruised for a few days will. To be going back !
