Called for some Stihl chainsaw spares this morning, to be told I needed to speak to Richard in parts as the guy who answered the phone said he's just in the warehouse and it was nothing to do with him". Asked when I should call back to be told " I dunno

Had a problem with a DeWalt SDS so I rang UTC and spoke to Stuart who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained the workings of the tool and ran through with me the things I should look for. After his help and guidence the tool is now working as it should. Excellent service from UTC and Stuart in particular who is a credit to the company. I live in Stafford and will be using UTC in Derby again. My local DeWalt specialist cannot bold a candle to this company for service. Superb experience all round. Many thanks to UTC
