I am surprised this place has 5 stars review. I got a bracelet from them and broke after only a few months. I contacted them via the web form and haven't heard from them yet. Not very good customer service.

Always have to visit this shop every time I am down in Glasgow. Always made to feel welcome and staff never push for a sale. End up purchasing more than I intend to but their jewellery is worth every penny.

During Lockdown William has provided Excellent service with purchases and engraving beautiful pieces of Moriconi jewellery which he has sent out to my home because of travel restrictions. Before this lockdown I have bought lovely items which were both great quality and beautiful design. A lovely jewellery shop with lovely staff.

Visited the store today whilst on a little break away up in the beautiful hills of Scotland. We was served by a lovely lady named Abigail - I was looking at the green clove bracelets, but was unsure on whether the sliver or gold would look best against my current jewellery. Abigail let me try on the bracelet and was very helpful and polite. I absolutely love my purchase! Even thinking of getting the earrings to match next! Thank you very much :)

Was very disappointed with the service, went in to purchase a nomination bracelet, felt as if I was looked down upon, as I had been in my work clothes... never judge as they say! So lost the sale.. went elsewhere!!
