Be really careful when buying from these guys online! They wouldn’t even stick a ring in an envelope for me for a courier collect. Terrible customer service. First auctioneers I have ever met that wouldn’t do something so simple!!

As mentioned before on here, do not trust descriptions, bought an item online that was marked as damaged but photos showed the better side which had only slight damage - when I picked it up it was heavily damaged on the other side. No photo of it or description!!! Also some rude members of staff. Will not buy from again. Unlike other auction houses, did not offer any bags or packing materials either. Just happy to take the money and let me bid their items up!
