The process is almost complete and we are again delighted by the care which has been afforded to us. We would like to express our thanks to Ben Cauldwell for all he has done for us. He sold 2 cottages we owned in Coverdale in 2017. Both cottages presented problems with land titles and rights of way etc but Ben knew exactly what to do and reassured us throughout the selling process.We left England in December 2017 to live in Canada and gave Ben power of attorney over part of a field that we still owned. Again he has done an excellent job for us and we heard this morning that the sale has gone through. Thanks to Ben it was hassle free for which we are very thankful.We have had several solicitors over the years but Ben is by far the best. Newtons (Ripon branch) took care of the recent sale of my house. I was initially apprehensive about the potential stresses and difficulties that may have been entailed, but Newtons (Catherine in particular) made sure that the whole process was very smooth and straightforward from start to finish. In the event, there was nothing for me to worry about and Newtons really took care of all the hard work. At the end of the process, the fees were very reasonable and the costs were presented in a transparent and easy to understand format, with no unexpected hidden costs.After the very positive experience of selling a property with Newtons, I will almost certainly look to use their services again in the future, and would definitely recommend them to others.
