I recently visited Tesco and was served by a young blonde girl who showed me zero respect and was not very helpful. She made me pack my own items and didn't even bother to pass them closer to me. I was left feeling disappointed and upset by her lack of manners and poor customer service.I hope that Tesco can address this issue and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide better service to their customers. I love shopping at Tesco, but experiences like this make it difficult to continue supporting the store. Will go Lidl if it happens again.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This Tesco Express has a great reduced section. The security guard is very friendly. There could be a wider range of squash.

Very, very friendly staff.The store itself is too cramped though, and it relies on the utterly inappropriate little self-service checkouts; fine if you're only buying a few items I suppose.But there's a good selection, and if you time it right you can grab some really good offers.

I use this store regularly and often have problems with the security guards. They always assume that if Ur not a typical student then Ur there to shoplift. I've seen him stop q few people, but never anyone who has actually stolen anything!

I went shopping last night and an employee was very rude to me. He is not familiar with the business and has a really bad working attitude. I wanted to buy a lottery ticket, but he didn't confirm whether the ticket was available or not, so he checked my id first, and then said no. I don't understand why you need to see my id when you tell me you don't have the lottery ticket. Don't sell if you don't want to. When I asked him what time he was open, he said perfunctorily tomorrow, and I asked he the specific opening hours of lottery. He said tomorrow till 23:00, and I was speechless because I looked at the time and it was only 22:48 and it was Thursday. I don't understand what he did, it's really speechless!
