Pooch Perfect by pen
Took my dog here today. The groomer did not follow instructions on how we wanted her groomed. I was very shocked to see she had been shaved when specifically asked not to.Only got told I can’t put the hair back on and she thought she was grooming another spaniel.To be then charged full price was disgraceful.My dog came out very nervous and went straight to her bed once home which is very unlike her.We will not be using this groomer again.

Wow! Thank you once again for a fantastic cut on our three rascals.. they always perk up when we say we're heading your way, and the results never disappoint. Our latest rescue, 12 year old Ian, has a number of behavioural issues due to his past, but you always calm him and deliver him back to us like a new dog.

My spaniel has been to Pen for his first groom today and she's done a fantastic job. I'll definitely be booking again! Huds is a rescue dog who can get very nervous after a previous bad experience but Pen has been so kind and patient to even manage to get all of his 'tricky' areas. I couldn't recommend Pen highly enough!

First time here as just moved into the area. Rolo my chocolate Labrador had a wonderful grooming session he was so happy and relaxed afterwards and he was so clean and smelt wonderful (human opinion). Will be back for sure xxx

Went there twice with my 2 dogs earlier this year but felt the dogs came back anxious and not themselves. Took then to another groomer and they were much happier. Also to groom 2 dogs in less than 2 hours seemed odd compared to the time they usually take. One of them is 15 years old so I am speaking from past experience with other groomers. Dogs are so much happier with their new groomer.

Pen at Pooch Perfect has again done a wonderful job at grooming our Welsh Terrier.He tends to get anxious and she immediately puts him at ease.Pen tailor makes his cut to suit him and takes her time, ensuring his ears are plucked and pads and claws are trimmed.Really cannot fault her service.

Absolutely brilliant dog groomers, my cockapoo loves been groomed here, pen is lovely and cares so well for the dogs. Always smells and looks lovely, highly recommended.
