Peak District Yoga

This is a great yoga group, very friendly and in a place with easy access and parking.Flow yoga is practiced which is sufficiently exerting and warming to allow safe stretching of the body and the all poses can be practiced/tried and it enables you to appreciate the relaxing meditation, that the session ends with, knowing you have earned it! Highly recommend.

Marie is a brilliant yoga teacher. She is really knowledgeable at her practise and goes at everyone’s pace. Every lesson is different with trying someone new each week. The mediation towards the end is really rejuvenating and so relaxing. Thank you Marie, I really enjoy coming to yoga each week!

Great class, always great sessions. Marie offers alternatives for every move so is fab for all ability levels. Very friendly group. Would recommend.

I booked Marie recently to deliver a private yoga class for my sister in law’s hen do, she was absolutely incredible. She adapted her session to suit the needs and ability of the group, had such a calm wonderful presence and even created a surprise play list of all the brides favourite music. We couldn’t have asked for more from Marie and we are so so pleased and thankful that we booked her!
