Flower Design Events

Flower design events did our wedding flowers on 9/12/23. From the moment we booked, I knew we were in capable hands. They considered all our preferences and quirks to create beautiful bespoke flowers which blew us away. Thank you so much!

From the second I saw the flowers from Flower Design at my friends wedding back in 2013 I knew that when I got married I would simply have to them for the day I became a bride. From start to finish Jane, Jason and the rest of the guys have been absolutely amazing and everything about our wedding flowers was perfect. Nothing was too much for them and they listened to everything me and Greg had requested down to the tiniest detail. I simply can't thank them enough.

My wife and I used FD for all our flowers at our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. Jane's knowledge and enthusiasm was second to none and not only were the flowers beautiful but they had meaning too. Highly recommended!

We used flower design for our wedding. They were the best flowers I have ever seen!!! (Not blowing my own trumpet) Loved them!! Jane and the team were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you!

Jane is an exceptionally talented and passionate florist, and an all round delightful person to work with. In fact, she even made me want to be a florist (I think that's a sign that someone's doing something right?!).Her working system is to have every couple make a mood board rather then explain what they want, which is far simpler, because the vast majority of us only know the names of about 5% of the flowers out there, and are oblivious to seasonality and subsequent cost. All things go into this board - pics of outfits, stationary etc. Then you tell Jane your budget, and she comes up with something - examples of which you then view in her warehouse about a month before the wedding.We were delighted with what she came up with, entirely within budget. I work in food and she'd worked in edible elements, like blush crab apples and sage, to the displays. In fact, I liked my bouquet so much that I spent the whole day quite distractedly looking down at my hand rather than at my new husband... (except to admire his well crafted boutonnière, obviously).Jane's husband Jason delivered the flowers on the day, and took pictures galore for the blog (which is an excellent place to loose several hours), and he was a lovely presence too.Suffice to say that choosing Flower Design to do our wedding flowers back in November was one of the best decisions we made, and if you've already got a date you should secure them ASAP.

Where do I even begin with how absolutely stunning our wedding flowers were! Jane and Jason are two of the most lovely people who have so much enthusiasm for their job and go above and beyond! I knew our flowers would be beautiful after seeing mock ups of them in the studio, however I was absolutely blown away when I saw them on our wedding day, Jane and Jason exceeded my expectations and everyone commented on how amazing they were! Thank you so much xx

Flower Design supplied our wedding flowers and they were absolutely amazing. Following our initial appointment we created a mood board and then met again to discuss our ideas. From this meeting Flower Design actually created samples for us to go and look at.The final results were simply amazing!

What can’t we say about Jane and Jason and the rest of their amazing team at Flower Design. We decided to use their expertise to be the focal point of decorating our wedding venue at Ribby Hall for our wedding and we were blown away by the beauty of the flowers and the arrangements they produced. We had an idea in mind of what we liked and through a few meetings with Jane and mood boarding out ideas, she captured exactly what we wanted. We always wanted a stress-free wedding and build up to the day, and Flower Design helped make that possible and more by trusting their vision and wealth of experience. A member of the team was on hand during the main part of the day, helping set up for the ceremony and presenting the bouquets and buttonholes to our party. They then help organise the turnaround in the arrangements for the wedding breakfast and even instructions on how to use the flowers once more in dressing for the evening. Captured in so many of our wedding photos and complemented by many of our guests, our memories of Flower Design will always be great. Jane and Jason were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The wedding venue was in the Ribble Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside and Jane created the most amazing floral displays that beautifully complimented the area. Nothing was too much trouble. The church with the flowers round the arch was stunning and the dining tables looked sensational with flowers, candles and tea lights. They are so super talented with a real eye for detail.
