DO NOT USE!I should've known when they asked for the full amount of money upfront that something was up. A 2 day job" took 4 weeks. For those four weeks we didn't have a floor. They ripped up our carpet then started fitting the wrong floor. We told the fitters and they stopped and left. You can see how they left our floor in the pictures. They damaged our balcony while cutting pieces

What can I say, great service and choice very professional from start to finish. Just finished our laminate and carpets which was quite a considerable amount of money but the trust was built up from day one and would definitely use their services again. Fitters arrived on time polite and very efficient and good attention to detail, clean and tidy.

Just had new carpets laid in bedrooms and stair cases. Absolutely thrilled to bits - we think it looks amazing. The guys laying it all were brilliant fun and also very professional and tidy. So pleased we decided to support our local shop rather than going to the big stores which ordinarily we would.Had a slight delay on completion due to the COVID situation so if you're in a hurry ask Gary (owner) for clarification/advice before ordering. I recently had a new floor installed by Bespoke Floors in my conservatory and kitchen.I was extremely impressed by the helpful customer care, with site visits to assess and advise on the most suitable floor, choosing the floor finish and also needing to be flexible about fitting dates (as the building works took longer than expected).The fitter did a really great job and made all the finishing detail look very good.Communication was easy and very helpful.Would I use them again? Yes, without a doubt.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Fitter was extremely helpful, efficient and thorough. Taking into account the conditions we live in at present they did a fabulous job. We chose Bespoke Floors as they offer a complete package and do not use outside contractors. Something we have problems with in the past. Russ couldn't have been more helpful, helping us choose the right flooring for our house. Gary then came to measure up and answered any queries and concerns we had. We did not have to wait long after placing the order for the floor to arrive and a date was organised for the fitters to come. They arrived and went through everything with us before starting. They were really friendly and helpful and also took a bit off a couple of doors to ensure the correct fitting. We are really pleased with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend any of the staff at Bespoke Floors.

Had Karndean flooring fitted week before Xmas, hall and kitchen was a bit nervous having done so close to Xmas. Fitters lovely and did a fantastic job, so pleased. Thank you.

Excellent service all round from selection to fitting.We couldn't find a carpet that we thought suited the decor in the showroom, Gary visited and sourced a sample for us to look at. A perfect match, it looks fabulous. The carpet fitters were friendly and excellent at their job. Highly Recommended.

We had a fairly big job done - Hallway, Dining Room and Kitchen - in Moduleo Moods.The shop were great. Happy to keep changing the quote as we changed our mind about which product we wanted. Recommend taking their offer to take sample boards home for a few days to check how the light in your house looks on the flooring.Fitting was arranged quickly, and they used fitters that were extremely good. Very high attention to detail, tidyness and professionalism.Overall we are delighted with the floor and advice we have had at all stages of the project.We would recommend giving them a visit.
