A really lovely experience, Emily fit me in last minute and her neck, back and shoulders massage was excellent - helped with a very sore neck/shoulder area and I will definitely back. Emily was lovely, super welcoming and the space is gorgeous and relaxing!

So happy with my lash lift. I can’t stop looking at my lashes! As it was my first time having my lashes done Emily explained everything before, during and after which was very reassuring. I personally won’t need to use mascara now or just on a special occasion.

Amazing service. Having tried many beauty salons in the past but the attention to detail and my comfort is exceptional and the best I've ever come across. I feel so relaxed after one of Emily's massages. Yesterday I went in with a very painful lower back that strong painkillers weren't touching and Emily's glutes massage made the pain disappear. If I hadn't experienced it for myself I'd never have believed it. Who needs painkillers. Emily is also so friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit.

I just had the most amazing experience getting a facial and waxing with Emily at True Beauty in Berkhamstead. Emily is a lovely, kind person and a very experienced therapist. She was very gentle and efficient with the waxing, which is usually quite painful for me. And the medik8 facial was one of the most relaxing experiences I had in a long time. Not to mention the glow! I will definitely be returning to this lovely salon.
