We placed an order yesterday for decking and timber with Andy and as promised delivery was made to us on the next day , delivery was on time and fab . Great products as always and excellent service , especially as I made our enquiry after hours, prices very good and products excellent, wouldn’t go anywhere else . Would much rather buy from and support a local business and Gardiners never fail on price and products. Excellent service from all . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't praise Alan and his team enough from the very outset when I made my initial enquiry for reclaimed clay tiles to their delivery in a matter of days. I had several queries just to make sure they were the right ones as spares for replacing storm damaged ones but also, tile-and-a-halfs which are difficult to find. It was a relatively small order but nonetheless they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, and I did. All credit too for the way they packed the tiles on the pallet, so neat and tight, bound with cling film to make sure they could not move in transit. I wish I'd taken a photo now. Not one broken tile and clay tiles are renowned for their fragility. I have to thank the couriers involved too for speediness and looking after the consignment - Bassetts at the Gardiner's end and Owens in South Wales. Conscious that this is now turning into a Bafta Award speech so I would simply say great service all round by all concerned. A big thumbs up from me.

Saw rare clay block pavers on Tuesday, did n’t fancy 160 mile round trip to collect so paid extra for delivery. I worried that I had n’t given clear guidance of where they should be left. Delivered 2 days later to exactly right spot - what 3 words - read my mind!

I ordered on a Tuesday and the materials were delivered the next day. My drive is on an incline and I had imagined that my order would have just been dropped at the foot of the drive near the pavement. It wasn't. Somebody had gone to the extra time and trouble of taking it all the way up and neatly stacking it. I was very impressed and very grateful. I would not hesitate to use them again. Real customer care!

Got our oak sleepers from Gardiner's and they were brilliant! Perfect for our retaining wall. They were very quick to deliver too, many thanks!
