I used this walk-in centre because of a problem with my hearing aid. I was seen within a few minutes by a friendly, competent lady who replaced the tubing which solved the problem.

Disgusting service. Don’t give a toss about you. Drove hour and half after being told we have a walk in service for repair of NHS hearing aids. When I arrived I was told not that type of hearing aid even though it was issued by Plymouth NHS of Friday. Don’t do anything to help deaf and certainly don’t understand what it’s like to be deaf.Stay away take your business elsewhere.

I had decided to change my hearing aids, the service I received was above and far superior than anything I could have expected and I know that this high level of care and service will continue for many years to come. If you are experiencing hearing difficulties give them a call this is a life changing service.
