I have been training with Dave for more than a year now, and I couldn't be happier. Not only I feel I'm stronger and leaner, but also, I always feel very motivated and have fun on my sessions with him.I had an injury a few months ago, and Dave worked around it. He tailored my programme accordingly, and this not only made the training suitable for the challenges I was facing with the injury, but it also helped me recover much quicker.Thanks Dave :)

My fitness 'app' tells me I've had 38 sessions in the gym since starting training with Dave in summer 2019, having been working out for four and a half years before that at a different gym with a different PT who went off to do other things. After a few one to one sessions when we first started, Dave now sets my program via the 'app' and I follow it in the gym. We have a monthly 1-2-1 session to go over any issues, improve technique etc. Dave also schedules a phone call to discuss any matters arising. I dropped him a text message early last Sunday morning and he responded very quickly with advice. Dave has a very different style from my previous PT, but I have really taken to him. He has great knowledge and patience explaining how to get the best out of the program or tailoring the exercises and advice to your particular issues. I feel as though I have made great progress in the last 4 to 5 months and look forward to continuing to make further progress under his expert tutelage. I took time out this week to meet up with my old PT, who remains an inspiration also, for coffee and to catch up on our news.

I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Dave. He really listened to the original brief - get fit, get strong and get better at golf. He tailored a programme to do exactly that. The sessions in the gym were challenging. I have used personal trainers in the past but there were lots of exercises Dave gave me that I had never considered doing before which were aimed at improving a specific sport rather than just getting stronger.Within two months I was consistently hitting golf balls further at the range even to the point that I could afford to go down a club across the bag. I was adding over 20 yards to some clubs. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed with the results.Dave worked round my historic injuries and niggles to ensure I could keep training pain-free and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. He knows his stuff.

I’ve trained with Dave for almost a year now and want to update my previous review. I have a knee problem and have found that, with Dave’s help and encouragement, my knee has strengthened considerably and is much less painful. My confidence has greatly improved, as have my overall fitness levels and balance. I have benefitted from all Dave’s advice on health and diet, in addition to his training programmes for me. He has a positive, cheerful attitude, which helps when training and learning new things. I very much recommend Dave as a personal trainer.

Training with Dave has been a great experience.I was lacking motivation after the pandemic and I was totally unable to train by myself. So I reached out to Dave, and thanks to his help I am now enthusiastic about my training sessions!By sticking to Dave's training plan and advices I started to see result really quickly, and I am totally satisfied with his service.Dave has also been really helpful, by replying to all my questions and curiosities, and by adapting my training plan to better fit the equipment available at my gym.

Dave has been my PT for eight years and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He always meets you where you are – whether fully fit and wanting to work everything or coping with an injury and working around it to help improve well-being and fitness I have been in both positions in recent years and Dave has been a great support. He has a great manner – always positive and cheerful - and is very knowledgeable too, explaining how and why an exercise will work. Workouts, though never easy, are always fun and enjoyable and I can honestly say I always leave feeling 10 times better mentally and physically then when I arrived!

Feeling so lucky to have Dave as my personal trainer. I have been following Dave’s nutrition and fitness tips online for a while so decided to message him to try out his personal training sessions. With Dave’s guidance and expert fitness knowledge I got stronger and much more confident in the gym in just under 3 months. He listens to what my goals are and pushes me each session to help me achieve them. I look forward to continue training with Dave and cannot recommend him highly enough!

I have been training online with Dave for 2 months now. I'm 20 sessions in and already seeing great results. I decided to try a PT as I needed a plan and routine that I could stick to easily and that worked around my life with a toddler/job. So far its going great. I like that my sessions are tailored to my personal goals and I feel like I'm working hard and being challenged. The nutrition advise has also helped me greatly. Dave is extremely helpful and encouraging. I would definitely recommend his online training.

I have been training with Dave for a few years, and am in much better shape and health than I was at the start - he has helped me improve chronic back pain and carpal tunnel, I have lost weight and eat better, and he helps me stay fit enough to play roller derby. His knowledge comes through in his programmes and they are varied enough to keep things interesting. The support from Dave has seen me hitting targets and chasing goals I wouldn't have even set before. Highly recommended for everyone!
