Hair cut done by Marc who gave it a much needed refresh. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend

friend recommended Mark, so I booked an appointment and asked him to trim just a little bit off the length and add some layers to help my hair grow. My hair was in need of a good trim, and I expressed my desire to let it grow. I have curly hair, which can be challenging to cut. However, I wasn't satisfied with the haircut I received. I asked Mark to adjust it by taking a bit off the bottom layers because I didn't like the significant difference between the top and bottom. Unfortunately, he couldn't do much at that point since he had already cut too much. I ended up with too many uneven layers, making it difficult to tie my hair up.I washed my hair this morning and was completely shocked by the result. My hair was going in all different directions, and I didn't feel happy with the outcome. When Mark asked if I was satisfied with the haircut at the end of my appointment, I said yes, knowing that he wouldn't be able to fix it without giving me even more layers and making my hair shorter.Overall, Mark is a nice person, but he may not have the expertise in cutting curly and thick hair. I won't be returning to Tony and Guy. I'm very disappointed with my new look, and I don't feel like myself. This might be the worst haircut I've ever had."

1000% Recommend Mark at Toni & Guy! He is fantastic!! I am over the moon with the results. His cut was spot on and he definitely went the extra mile. I have had so many compliments on my hair already. He was also the loveliest guy, who lifted my energy with his positive personality. I have found my new favourite hairdresser and I won't bother going anywhere else from here on out.

I remember after my first haircut with Marc he looked at my hair beaming and said “sorry I wasn’t very talkative I was just having so much fun cutting your hair”. It was the best haircut I’d ever had- ‘had’ being because somehow they get better every time I go back. The passion Marc shows for cutting hair is why he’s so amazing and the reason I don’t let anyone else cut my hair even though I live 6000 miles away. When you do talk to him he’s also the most genuinely lovely man and I couldn’t recommend getting your haircut by him enough.

Everything was great as per usual. Really friendly staff. Really great environment. Absolutely love my hair and will continue to return. Thanks to Frankie and Fraser! Both amazing x
