Nikki's warmth and energy really puts you at your ease. She is an amazing Alexander Techique (AT) teacher. She truly embraces AT as a holistic approach to all activites of daily living this really motivated me to experience and apply Nikki's teachings to my life. I am a busy working mum of 2 children.
