We hired a Canadian canoe for half a day and really enjoyed the experience . The staff were super helpful, fun and professional, the boats and equipment were in great condition. We had a lovelt few hours paddling up the river with the dragonflies. Great scenery too . Highly recommend...

The guys at Moose were brilliant in getting us setup in Kayaks for the afternoon. Despite never having kayaked previously, Guy made it all sound so simple, and it truly was. Wonderful morning paddling on the River. We didn’t have a booking but it wasn’t a problem. The water was so smooth and calm, we paddled to Hurley, had a pint in the pub and then paddled back. So relaxing and romantic! The locks were easy but fun! Can’t wait to come back and maybe try a different boat. It’s so good that they’re open all week as so many boat hire places are only weekends. Highly recommend!

So much fun. We booked the 2 day trip from Cholsey to Marlow.3 mates in late 20s we paddled to Sonning and got an airbnb in Reading then next day to Marlow. It’s tough on the shoulders after 2 says (15 miles a day) but so much fun especially when it’s nice weather. It felt like we were in New Zealand or Canada on some stretches.Guy was very helpful and turned up at the agreed time.

What a brilliant way to spend my big 50th with 15 amazing friends paddling up the river. We paddled through the lock, stopped off for a swim and then paddled to the pub. Guy went out of his way to accommodate us all, making sure that we were all safe. I would highly recommend Moose Canoe Hire as they made sure that my birthday paddle went ahead without a hitch due to the terrible weather. Thank you Guy...

We turned up on the day and we were able to hire a Canadian Canoe for half the day. I would recommend booking though.The place is very well sign posted, the briefing made us feel at ease on the water, and we had a lovely day out on The Thames.We will definitely be back, maybe for a kayak!
